ATTORNEY’S FEES AND COSTS

The parties agree that if any action, proceeding or litigation is brought to enforce the terms of this agreement, or to otherwise resolve any disagreement or dispute arising under or with respect to this agreement, the non-prevailing party will pay any and all attorney’s fees, costs and expenses incurred by the prevailing party in prosecuting or defending that action.
