*If the tradeline hasn’t reported on your credit report during the initial free-trial period of a new subscription order, we will gladly extend the free trial upon request.

If a tradeline does not report by the seventh (7) day after the statement date of the second (2) billing cycle we WILL REFUND in full for that Tradeline.
